By booking our makeup services—whether for special occasions, bridal makeup, or beauty treatments—you agree to these terms. Our beauty services operate in compliance with relevant UK hygiene regulations and industry standards.
We provide professional makeup artistry through our qualified beauty specialists across England.
2. Service Scope and Beauty Standards
Our services include makeup application, beauty consultations, and related beauty treatments. We focus on providing quality beauty services using professional techniques and products suitable for different skin types and occasions.
While we perform services to professional standards, beauty outcomes can be influenced by individual skin characteristics, lighting conditions, and personal preferences. We provide consultations to ensure realistic expectations and satisfactory results.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service outcomes, clients agree to:
- Disclose all skin allergies, sensitivities, and medical conditions affecting skin
- Arrive with clean, moisturized skin free of existing makeup
- Provide accurate information about the occasion and desired look
- Communicate preferences and concerns clearly during consultation
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Follow aftercare advice for makeup longevity

4. Allergy Testing and Product Safety
Clients must inform us of any known allergies, skin conditions, or product sensitivities before service. We conduct patch tests when requested or when using certain products, but cannot guarantee completely reaction-free experiences due to individual skin variations.
We reserve the right to decline service if undisclosed severe allergies pose significant health risks.
5. Booking and Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking request and any required deposit. Bridal and special occasion services typically require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. Specific booking terms will be confirmed during the reservation process.
Last-minute changes to service requirements may affect pricing and timing, which will be communicated before service begins.
6. Pricing and Payment Terms
Service fees are as published and payable according to the booking agreement. For services exceeding £100, we typically require a deposit. Final payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.
Outstanding balances may affect future booking availability. We reserve the right to require payment before commencing services for new clients.
7. Hygiene and Sanitation
We maintain strict hygiene protocols including sanitised tools, disposable applicators, and clean working environments. Clients with contagious skin conditions or illnesses should reschedule appointments to protect other clients and our team.
We maintain appropriate insurance but cannot accept responsibility for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without charge with 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee. Bridal and group bookings require 7 days notice for cancellation without penalty.
We understand that circumstances change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate genuine emergency situations.
9. Trial Sessions
We strongly recommend trial sessions for bridal and special occasion makeup. Trials allow for look development and ensure client satisfaction before important events. Trial fees are separate from event day pricing and are payable at the time of service.
Trial sessions do not guarantee identical results on event day due to varying conditions, but we strive for consistency.
10. Photography and Portfolio Use
We may request permission to photograph completed work for professional portfolios. Separate written consent is required for any images used in marketing materials. Clients may withdraw consent for image use at any time by contacting us in writing.
Personal photography during services is permitted, though we request consideration for our working process.
11. Travel and Location Services
We offer mobile services for events, weddings, and group bookings. Travel fees apply outside our local area and will be quoted during booking. Clients providing location services must ensure adequate working space, lighting, and electrical access if required.
We reserve the right to assess location suitability and may recommend adjustments for optimal service delivery.
12. Product Usage and Recommendations
We use professional beauty products suitable for most skin types. While we take care in product selection, individual reactions can vary. We provide product recommendations based on professional experience but cannot guarantee specific results for every individual.
Clients are welcome to bring their own products, though this may affect application techniques and final results.
13. Liability Limitations
Our liability for beauty services is limited to the service fees paid. We cannot accept responsibility for individual skin reactions where allergies were not disclosed, or for results affected by environmental factors, photography conditions, or personal expectations.
We maintain appropriate insurance and follow industry best practices in all our beauty services.
14. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
